We want to build a collaboration model where participating companies gain visibility during construction, at the opening, and long into the everyday use of the finished destination.

Content during construction
The design and construction of the project is documented on the project's own social media channels.
Partner products and solutions can be shown as a natural part of the project's content across the different construction phases.

Project website
Selected partners are featured prominently on the resort website.
Each partner can be presented together with the solution, product or service used in the project and a link to the company's own website.

Future cabin event
When the destination is completed, the aim is to host an open “future cabin” event.
The event presents the house, the sport and wellness concept, and the solutions and partners involved in the project.

Permanent house book
A house book will be produced for the destination, describing how the resort was built and which products, solutions and companies were used.
Partners therefore remain visible after the resort opens.

Long-term reference
The aim is to build a long-lasting reference destination for the companies involved.
By agreement, a partner may use photo and video material produced during the project, as well as the destination itself, in their own reference communication according to the terms of the collaboration.

Visibility after opening
The collaboration does not end when the building is completed.
The resort website, the house book and the physical destination continue to present the selected solutions to customers, guests and anyone interested in the project.
The exact content and visibility of each collaboration is always agreed partner by partner. No social media impressions or other reach are guaranteed.

Tuusula Sport & Sauna Wellness Resort brings accommodation, activity, the Finnish sauna and recovery together into one private destination.

A year-round main building combining shared living space, accommodation and large panoramic windows.

2–3 saunas
Two or three different saunas form the sauna and wellness core of the resort.

Outdoor gym
The outdoor gym is designed for real training and forms one of the most important activity elements of the resort.
Running track
A running and walking route circling the yard and activity areas.
Game area
A multi-purpose game area for active play and ball games.
Recovery & wellness
Sauna, the outdoors, rest and the Finnish forest environment form a whole focused on recovery.
Site concept
1,500 m² dedicated to active wellbeing.
The preliminary site concept brings accommodation, sauna, exercise, games and outdoor living together into one private resort environment.

Experience from successful building collaboration
We have previously built our own detached house as a successful social media collaboration with several companies.
The collaboration made products and solutions visible in the context of a real construction project and worked well both for us and for the companies involved.
Dedicated channels will be created for the new Sport & Sauna Wellness Resort project, with the aim of building a wide audience around the project both in Finland and internationally.
